We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including all tags, inserts, and accessories (if applicable).

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at welcome@woodworkergeorgia.com. We’ll provide the return address and step-by-step instructions.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us — unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (e.g. damaged or incorrect item), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom or personalised products – such as special orders or made-to-order items with custom engraving.

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items – any product sold at a discounted price, including items marked as "Sale", "Final Sale",  or with a promotional discount. These items are considered final and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, the fastest option is to:

  1. Return the item you have following the instructions above.

  2. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it — for any reason, with no need to provide justification.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your agreed payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
